Custom Orders & Cancellations
All our orders are custom-made, on-demand. When you order one of our art prints or canvases, we make it up with love and care, just for you, and therefore we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. In line with legislation, custom-made items are not entitled to a refund.
Since every print is made especially for you using our signature artistic process, we cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed. Our dedicated team begins processing your artwork immediately to ensure quick delivery to your door.

Damaged Items
We package your prints with exceptional care, using protective sleeves and sturdy shipping materials. However, if your print arrives damaged:
• Contact us immediately – within 7 days of delivery.
• Send photos of both the damaged print and packaging
• We’ll promptly arrange a replacement
We’ll make it right!
Delivery Details
To ensure smooth delivery:
• Double-check your shipping address at checkout
• Be aware that you’re responsible for any local customs duties
• Unclaimed packages or those returned due to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded
• Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery attempts
